For 16 years, I was Chief of Staff to acclaimed writer/director Richard Linklater. As a trusted thought partner, I’ve successfully navigated change, built processes, and led from behind the scenes.

My work may take the form of roles like Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or Project Manager. Titles may vary, but my core strengths stay constant: I keep cross-functional teams running smoothly and manage the complex administrative needs of the C-suite, enabling them to focus on strategic, high-impact work.
